Report Card Instructions

Dear Parents/Guardians:

When your child’s Learning Update has been published to the MyEd parent portal, always use this URL to find the MyEducation BC login page: https://www.myeducation.gov.bc.ca/aspen

 

Accessing Report Cards

Log on to your MyEdBC Family Portal account and locate the Learning Update under Pages > Published Reports.

 

Supplemental Reports

If your child receives supplemental reports, they will also be accessible on the Family Portal. Click the Family top tab > click Student > click Documents side tab > download the document. If your child does not receive supplemental reports, then you do not need to worry about this second step and there will be no additional documents available to view.

 

Resetting Passwords

If necessary, you can reset your password with the “I forgot my password” link. The application will prompt for your login ID, your email address, and the answer to the security question that you defined. If all information is correct it will send you a temporary system generated password via email.
