Primary Data
 
Early Learning Profile (ELP) Grades K and 1- Measure of vulnerability: phonological awareness, oral language, letter recognition, reading.
 
Early Development Instrument (EDI) Teachers of students in Kindergarten – Measures 5 core areas of early child development that are known to be good predictors of adult health, education and social outcomes: physical health and well-being, language and cognitive development, social competence, emotional maturity, communication skills and general knowledge.
 
Intermediate Data

Grade Wide Write Written by students in grades 3 and 6 in the Spring.
 
Middle Years Development Instrument (MDI) – Self-report questionnaire for students in Grade 4. Gathers information about how students think and feel about their experiences both inside and outside of school. Questions are related to 5 areas of development that are strongly linked to well-being, health and academic achievement: physical health and well-being, connectedness, social and emotional development, school experiences and use of after school time.
 
OurSCHOOL Survey – Self-report questionnaire for students in Grades 5 and 6.
 
    
   Foundation Skills Assessment (FSA) – Completed by students in Grade 4 in the Fall.
 
 
Student Learning Survey – (Satisfaction Survey) Self reported questionnaire completed by students in Grade 4.
